Huaqin Technology (华勤技术, 603296.SH; 03296.HK) is arguably the biggest electronics company most people outside the supply chain have never heard of. It is the world's largest smartphone ODM — the design-and-manufacturing house behind a large share of the phones sold under Samsung, Xiaomi and other badges — and it shipped its way to RMB 171.4 billion (~$24 billion) of revenue in 2025, up 56% year on year, per company filings. By cumulative smartphone ODM shipments from 2020–2024 it ranked first globally (per CIC data cited in its HK prospectus), and Counterpoint has consistently placed it at or near the top of the ODM/IDH league tables, with roughly 30–40% of the outsourced smartphone market depending on the period measured.
